It makes sense !
Overthinking about something just makes it worth-less. We relate our hard-work for some fruitful results. And most of the time after giving it much thought, it just seems like not giving a shit for.
It's more than 4 months since we were quarantined. There's a lot, really a lot of spare time. So, I spend most of my time in my room. I use to think a lot. I give thoughts to my thought. Visualize the reaction for many reactions by many other actions. So basically a chain of deep thinking in my head. And most of them don't make any sense.
The Human brain thinks about 60k-80k thoughts per day. Some of our thoughts are just trashy, well it can't be helped. Its how it works!
Let's take an example of myself, I know I should go to sleep early but I can't make it till 2 am. I keep scrolling down my Youtube feed and eat. "What's with that ??" You see...at night when we sleep, growth hormones are released and its secretion must be regular and according to a balanced body cycle. Eating late night leads to the release of insulin and reduced hormones. So basically maintain your body cycle!! Knowing about this and yet not following a proper timetable makes me even more gloomy.
We think a lot, some thoughts make us feel uneasy and disturbed. These are just random thoughts, my dear friends. If something worries you, then remember if there's an easy and fast solution, then it is really a temporary one. A good solution takes time but it's effective and really lasts long. As you can't be upset for so long, just bear your pain. Share it with others and try to enjoy it.
With time you will understand that it wasn't that of trouble. You smile and realize how stupid you were.
You see Sometimes we just need to go with the flow. Enjoy each moment, because you don't want regrets.
